Champiñones al Ajillo

I've been too busy to blog lately, so only just getting round to publishing this. It was actually a couple of weeks ago that I took the plunge into cooking one of my favourite tapas dishes at home. And rather yummy it was too, although the garlic aroma was circling around my house for several days afterwards :)

That looks very nice- I think mushrooms are a very underrated food.

My nan made me some spaghetti with bacon and tomato last night,I could tell there was something else in it too but couldn't quite work out what it was.Turned out it was mango chutney,of all things.I certainly recommend it though!

Yes I agree - they're very underrated.

I'll need to try mango chutney in my pasta sauce - sounds very interesting indeed!
